Development of slim fan filter unit for manufacturing equipment

The high level cleanliness is demanded because the production of semiconductor and liquid crystal are to become localized cleaning. A fan filter unit is used for manufacturing equipment that produces them and it is requested that it is slim. We developed a new slim fan filter unit for manufacturing equipment. And we report the details of the development of a new slim fan filter unit in this paper.
