PURPOSE: A structure for coupling a clean room remote controller for a fan filter unit or an equipment fan filter unit is provided to separate the controller at the bracket front side of LEC equipment without stopping the LCD equipment. CONSTITUTION: A structure for coupling a clean room remote controller for a fan filter unit or an equipment fan filter unit comprises a rear surface frame for the remote controller and an elastic body. The PCB substrate of the remote controller is embedded in the rear surface frame. The remote controller is inserted into a groove formed in a bracket. The elastic body comprises springs attached to the side of the rear surface frame. The remote controller is attached and detached to the front side of LCD equipment. A coupling hole(11) is formed in the upper part of the elastic body. A bolt is coupled to the coupling hole and groove. The spring is placed at the side of the rear surface frame, and formed into a half elliptic shape.
