With the fast development of today's economy and the economy's global trend, modern logistics companies have more demands to integrate. To set up a high efficient logistics system has become a critical way to help companies improve their competition in the market. Service Oriented Architecture is incompact coupling software architecture. It has the advantage of reducing the close coupling between the providers and the consumers of a service. The paper brings a entity Logistics-Information Service Provider to join the system and give a logistics service platform as a way, than describe how to use the SOA to design the platform and it's services.
