摘要

We developed two-dimensional (2D) flow control system in a microchambcr using thermoreversible gelation of polymer. Arbitrary patterns were projected on a microchamber with two dimensional arrays of metal films using an infrared (IR)-laser reflected by a micro mirror device (DMD). The irradiated areas were heated to form gel r walls that interrupted the flow. The pattern could be revcrsibly changed by controlling the DMD coupled to a computer. This flow system is very flexible and applicable to various kinds of biomoleculcs handlings.
