An efficient connection structure between cooperative governments for gathering disaster information

The cooperation is practically important for gathering emergent information in disaster, such as earthquake. Then, we looked for the structure of a strong, efficient information gathering system according to the model of three kinds of coordinated structures. As a result, when the region is taken into consideration actually, it has been understood that it is important to make an important base where a coordinated structure is dispersed. And, we should consider the efficiency of the information gathering. The structure with both those features was the most efficient in this research.
