摘要

According to previous studies the variety of species producing excellent quality meat can be widened by the Volga perch (Stizostedion volgensis G.) in Central European aquaculture. This fish shows slower growth than pikeperch (Sander lucioperca L.) but much higher tolerance to suboptimal environmental conditions (Specziar, 2005). Conversion of alevins from live to pelleted feed was found to be successful even with larger (60-100 mm long) fish (Miiller et al, 2003, Szabo et al, 2006), but there is a pronounced deficiency of information concerning the nutrient requirements and feeding techniques of this species. The aim of our investigations was to determine the effect of the different daily rations on the growth and body composition of Volga perch.
