The construction of the PRISM-FFAG ring has been started. It would be completed by the end of JFY 2005. Then phase-rotation, muon acceleration and muon ionization cooling could be studied using the ring. This paper describes the present designs of the RF system and the magnet system of PRISM-FFAG and its construction schedule.
