As a part of a long term INTEGRAL study of the hard X-Ray BHC (Black Hole Candidate), IGR J17464-3213, we present the time and spectral behaviour of this source. On 21/03/2003, during GCDE (Galactic Center Deep Exposure) routine observations, IBIS detected an outburst from a new source, IGR J17464-3213, that turned out to be a known BHC, H1743-322. The source was monitored by INTEGRAL in the epoch corresponding to different source states, in the framework of the Core Programme (CP) observations(Kretschmar P. et al., 2003) (Grebenev S.A.et al., 2003). Recently, the INTEGRAL imager instrument, IBIS has detected a new outburst suggesting the source is entering in a hard state phase(Tomsick J. A. et al., 2003). We will present here the long term behaviour in different energy ranges and the combined JEM-X (X-ray monitor on board INTEGRAL) and IBIS spectral evolution of this source.
