Shanghai is one of important industrial cities in China and one of cities attracting business and capital. Through comparative analyses, it can be concluded that the high-price district of industrial land use in Shanghai from 2000 to 2003 has shifted from downtown to Pudong. This paper analyzes the prices of industrial land uses in Shanghai by employing kringing spatial interpolation methods. The analytical results show that prices of industrial land use in Shanghai shows a distinctive concentric spatial pattern with the abscissa being the coast of Yangtze River and descending along southwest. In order to explain the formation reason of the pattern, we analyzed the factors. It can be concluded that prices of industrial land use is positively correlated with treaty means, aims of use, industrial policies and capacity rate and negatively correlated with distance. In the last section of the paper, several suggestions are put forward to accelerate the formation of the rational industrial land-price differentiation structure accords with the economic, cultural, technological and environmental situations in various districts and counties and matches prices of commercial and residential land use.
