Twenty Years of Developing Creative and Innovative Abilities in Part of Enterprises and Businesses

Since 11th Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the CPC, the creative activities were developed widely in many enterprises, presenting following features. The training of creation science in industrial system started earlier and covered widely. Since 1986, Chinese Union of Machine Metallurgy organized near 100,000 business enterprises and 20,000,000 personnel. They developed the training of creative studies and creative activities. After the locomotive factory belonged to the Ministry of Railway, Henan Oil Field is also an enterprise that develops widely the training of creation. All-China Federation of Trade Union trained in turn the job-released union cadres and enterprise managerial personnel every year. The developing of the creative and innovative abilities in the commercial, financial, insurance and other aspects was promoted.
