Utilization of Iron Ore and Logistics Study of Wuhan Iron Steel Group Corp. (WISCO)

摘要

This article elaborates the current status of iron ore utilization of Wu Steel and its planning for development in the period of the "Tenth Five-year Plan". It is also expounded in the article from the strategic elevation of the development of Wu Steel that the group company pursues the policy of beneficiated burden material, in material structure, for blast furnace production; cultivation and strengthening of function of the supply chain, in logistic pattern; realization of multi-side strategic alliance, efficient logistic and capital management by using ERP; development of E-business to perform on-web procurement, reduce purchasing and trade costs and realize resource and information shearing.
