This presentation is based on a theory called "Full Deployment Concept". This concept's primary motivation is to incorporate the use of Unmanned Vehicles (UV's) into everyday civilian situations by taking advantage of current and forecasted situations and later, to include Military uses. My focus today is to remind all of us to stay vigilante about situations and opportunities that might require the use of unmanned vehicles. Though I am sure the idea of arming UAV's was thought of well before the first flight of the Kettering Bug, these concepts did not grow beyond the embryonic stage until a serious situation or opportunity arose. The most recent example of this was the use of the Hellfire Missile from the Predator against terrorist leaders.
