摘要

Nickel alloy has been thermomechanically processed in order to generate CSL related grain boundaries which in turn is known to improve its mechanical and functional properties. The thermomechanical processing consisted of a low strain of 4% followed by annealing for 10 minutes applied in single (non-iterative processing) and multi-steps (iterative processing). The objective of the present work is to understand the effect of processing routes on the evolution of CSL boundaries.
