摘要

According to the general layout scheme in the sea area at Qingdao sailing competition Base for the 29~(th) Olympic Games (2008 Beijing), the design plan of the breakwater of the harbour basin is ascertained. The method of Numerical Wave basin is adopted to validate whether the mooring stability condition within the harbour for the sailing competition base meets the requirement of the International Sailing Committee combining with the imagination of the regional development and utilization after the competition. The waveheight distribution law of the original and the modified scheme in the water area was calculated. The computational result was agreed with the experiment result measured in the wave physical model.
