Reasons and transient characteristics of the large thermal inertia in the CFB boiler are analyzed in this paper. The faced problems when the combustion control systems of current CFB units are applied in the large capacity CFB units of unit system and the solved way by the CCS application are also analyzed. The simulation results forecast the effect when the CCS is applied in the large capacity CFB units of unit system.
