Rolling-processed finned bimetal tubes is popular applied, especially in the fields of oil-refining, chemical industry, power plant, for its good performance of heat transfer, strong mechanical properties and good performance on anti-corrosion effect of flowing fluid in tube. This paper concerned the study on criterion correlation for calculating convective heat transfer coefficient about the Rolling-processed finned bimetal tubes outside. A mathematical model is proposed. 9 specifications of rolling-processed finned tubes are tested. By analyzing all test data for 9 specifications, coefficients and exponents for model correlation are received, so a criterion correlation of general use for rolling finned bimetal tubes are obtained.
