Coherent charge transport in the mar regime of mesoscopic S-N-S junctions

We have investigated the current voltage characteristics of diffusive mesoscopic niobium - copper - niobium Josephson junctions under microwave irradiation. The observed subharmonic Shapiro steps suggest the occurrence of low energy coherent multiple Andreev reflection.
