摘要

This paper describes a hybrid evaluation technique of mechanical characteristics for the insertion of microneedles into cultured skin. The developed device applies uniform tension to cultured skin, the value of which is calculated by large deformation and viscoelastic finite element analysis. It has been confirmed that the microneedle made of polyethyleneglycol was successfully inserted into cultured skin.
