By changing the quality off thin film and coating the CrN thin film which fracture does not occur when load of the high load is carried out with coating on different bias voltage in wear test considered the wear resistance improvement in aluminum alloy (A2024) And the influence of coating of the multilayered film by changing the bias voltage exerted on wear resistance was considered CrN thin film was coated on the surface of substrate was by Arc Ion Plating (AIP) method using Cr cathode and N{sub}2 gas. In the wear test that carried out load of the high load (ION), fracture did not occur the thin film and multilayered film that were coated with low bias voltage.
