Rural New Zealand Domestic Electricity Profiles

摘要

The changes to the New Zealand electricity supply sector has lead to an increased interest in Stand Alone Power Supply (SAPS) and Integrated Power Supply (IPS) systems from the New Zealand rural sector. The data used in the profiles depicted in this paper were collected and analysed for the purpose gaining a better understanding of rural New Zealand electricity loads. This will lead to better inputs into such models as HOMER and Hybrid2, which can be used to design appropriate renewable energy based systems.
