摘要

1. Directly dispersing a nascent ZIF-8 suspension in PDMS solution was confirmed an effective approach to overcome nanoparticle agglomeration during hybrid membrane formation; 2. A homogeneous ZIF-8/PDMS nanohybrid was obtained by repeated immersion of the PS supporting membrane in a dilute ZIF-8/PDMS solution followed by removal of defects using a concentrated PDMS solution (post-treatment); 3. Dispersion of the inorganic filler in the polymeric matrix in the nanoscale range could be markedly improved because secondary aggregation of nanoparticles on the supporting membrane could be avoided by sonication.
