摘要

Over the past few decades supercritical carbon dioxide (sc‐CO2) techniques have been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry in processes such as supercritical fluid extraction or particle formation. In those techniques, knowing the solubility of the drug in the sc‐CO2 allows evaluating the feasibility of the process. However, the determination of this parameter is a consuming and costly task. Actually, depending on the experimental technique and the solid purity, deviations higher than order of magnitude can be found between different solubility studies for the same drug. For that reason, it would be interesting to check the consistency of these experimental data.
