1. Nanospherical APNPs can be formed with 10-20nm diameters in DI water 2. At acidic pH, APNPs disassembled and reassembled at neutral pH 3. Hydrophobic curcumin could localize within the hydrophobic cores of APNPs 4. The APNPs could target MG-63 osteosarcoma cells more than normal healthy human osteoblast cells
