摘要

A variety of novel hierarchical ZnO structures, such as intergrowth crystals, nanorings encircled nanoprisms, microtowers etc., have been synthesized by evaporation of zinc powder at 420 ~ 450°C. The growth mechanisms of these interesting ZnO crystals were discussed, respectively. The ZnO microstructures with various morphologies may have potential applications in catalyst carrier, chemical sensors and optoelectronic microdevices.
