The short-range order kinetics is studied by the using available data of measurements of residual electrical resistivity for interstitial solid solutions h.c.p.-Lu―H(D,T) during the thermal annealing. Within the framework of the first-order and (more realistic) second-order kinetics models, the relaxation times of this process in some α-Lu―H solid solutions at temperatures 160―180 K are evaluated on a base of the experimental results of P. Jung and R. Laesser (1992). The annealing-temperature dependent equilibrium residual resistivity, the pre-exponential factor in the Arrhenius law for the relaxation time, and energy of migration activation for these solid solutions are obtained.
