摘要

The kinetics of residual electroresistance and diffuse scattering intensity, which corresponds to the short-range order relaxation in the Ni-11.8 percent at. Mo solid solution, is investigated. The short-range order relaxation includes the simultaneous course of various processes with different diffusion characteristics. The relaxation times and Fourier components of the atomic-jumps' probabilities are calculated, i.e. the basic characteristics of microscopic processes of diffusion in alloy are determined within the framework of the models accounting for possibilities of several simultaneous kinetics 'channels'. As revealed, the Fourier components of above-mentioned probabilities appreciably differ for various points of reciprocal space, which are concerned with a short-range ordered structure, and increase with approaching to the boundary of the first f.c.c.-lattice Brillouin zone.
