NovaFlex-MultiFill:an innovative technology for processing CO_2 slabstock foam with fillers

The flexible foam industry has successfully introduced the CO_2 technology in the last couple years.Now the NovaFlex system is able to process foam with fillers like Melamine and Calcium Carbonate with the MultiFill technology.With conventional methods of adding fillers,the dispersions achieved cause problems in the CO_2 foaming processes and they have indeed posed significant difficulties to those manufacturers who do employ CO_2 as a physical-blowing agent.NovaFlex-MultiFill is a new technology for processing filled slabstock foams with CO_2 technologies,which covers these problems.
