SYMMETRICAL TWO-PORT INTEGRATED THICK FILM FILTERS

In this work, we propose a model consisting of distributed equivalent circuit with lumped elements for coupled segments of symmetrical two-port planar integrated thick film filters. This work states twenty-four (24) different the symmetrical two-port integrated thick film filter designs. Attenuation and Smith charts of the symmetrical two-port integrated thick film filters are measured on network analyzer in the range of 1 MHz to 3 GHz. Experimental results obtained on our benchmark circuits revealed the validity of the proposed technique.
