For the measurement of the resistance change of electrically anisotropic unidirectional CFRP composites, DC 2 probe method is not appropriate for its strong dependence on the specimen surface condition. However, by using the adjusted Weibull scale parameter, such as 0.77 sigma_o for the present study, the surface effect on the DC 2 probe results can be evaluated quantitatively.
