Li{sub}0.35La{sub}0.55TiO{sub}3 thin film was prepared by using a sol-gel process. In this study, poly(vinylpyrrolidone) was used as one of components for a sol to avoid a crack formation during a heat treatment. Li{sub}0.35La{sub}0.55TiO{sub}3 thin film was successfully prepared by using this sol-gel process. The thin film prepared at 1000°C exhibited a high conductivity (10{sup}(-3) S cm{sup}(-1)) at 20°C.
