摘要

Li_(0.35)La_(0.55)TiO_3 thin fl 1m was prepared by using a sol-gel process. In this study, poly(vinylpyrrolidone) was used as one of components for a sol to avoid a crack formation during a heat treatment. Li_(0.35)La_(0.55)TiO_3 thin film was successfully prepared by using this sol-gel process. The thin film prepared at 1000℃ exhibited a high conductivity (10~(-3) S cm~(-1)) at 20℃.
