Diagnosis methods for electronic controlled vehicles

摘要

Increasing numbers of electronic actuators, sensors, bussystems and microcomputers in automobiles lead to many advantages of active functions and also enable better supervision and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Based on some research results it is shown how model-based fault detection and diagnosis methods can be applied for automobiles. Examples are given for an electrical throttle, a suspension and the lateral driving behavior.
