Detection of A+B Antigen in a solution by laser reflectometry

摘要

Detection of antigen is carried out by mean of an optical immunosensor that uses laser reflectometry technique. It consists in a silicon wafer with antibody adhered on surface. Measurements were performed in samples containing different concentration of antigen A. This techniques is very sensitive, quick and independent of cellular properties.
