Goal of Energy Saving Plan in China 'Tenth Five-year' Period and Correspondent Policy

摘要

The main contents of China Energy Saving Plan in the Tenth Five-year period are briefly discussed in this article. It includes the preliminary progress in energy saving since China has opened up for over twenty years; analysis of the present energy situation; objectives of energy saving in "Tenth Five-year Plan" and in 2010; and focus energy conservation investment field in 2010; and main measures and correspondent policy to be taken in reaching the energy saving goal in the "Tenth Five-year Plan".
