Real Time Electronic Image Rotation System

摘要

This paper presents a fast algorithm for real time image rotation. This fast algorithm has many benefits, of which it can reduce computation complexity and easily be implemented in hardware. The system using this algorithm has many advantages over optical image rotation systems. It has low volume, low cost and high reliability.
