A process model to introduce and continuously foster holistic knowledge management

This paper presents an outline of a method for introducing and continuously fostering holistic KM. The method consists of a semantic framework to structure and document explicit knowledge and a process model to develop and manage a tailored KM approach. To economically customize the KM, the procedure model utilizes an adaptable reference model reconstructing and aggregating the process models of several KM approaches from literature.
