摘要

The process of economic globalization is speeding up. As a result, a number of enterprises in China have set internationalized business as their new cause. This work is concerned with the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese enterprises in the internationalization. The experiences of the successful internationalization of Haier Group are introduced. Finally, fundamental competitive strategies and suggestions for strengthening competitive advantage of Chinese enterprises are proposed. Market positions of Chinese companies are discussed.
