摘要

To utilize the resources on the hazard related data for chemicals, tools are indispensable for it. However, the framework of the risk assessment and management has already well established, the tool is necessary for carrying out the case studies thoroughly. In developing assessment tool, we need to know the constraints and purpose in each stage of risk assessment. This paper presents about that with the example of LAS(Linear Alkylbeneze Sulfonates), Benthiocarb and TCDD(2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo Dioxin) in a test watershed in Japan. The tools consists of statistical model, multimedia environmental fate model, and eco-toxicological assessment model. Considering geographical data for the tested area, the impact to fish and human health is graphically described in detail. In conclusion, to improve the risk management quality, the necessity for hierarchical monitoring systems is discussed.
