摘要

Nanoparticles of CdSe coated with electroactive ligands have been studied recently for various electro-optical applications Controlling the size of the nanoparticles results in different physical properties based on quantum size effects and allows for various device applications. Nanoparticles can be utilized as hybrid materials in semiconductors, light-emitting diodes, and bio-materials. Therefore, it is essential to control the size of the nanoparticles and optimize the techniques utilized to stabilize and functionalize the nanocrystals for processability.
