The application of non-covalent interactions to assemble highly ordered supramolecular architecture is one present approach in chemistry as well as materials science.Such systems are expected to reveal interesting new physical properties.In addition to the synthesis of isolated assemblies the incorporation of these units into polymers or thin films is of special importance.
