Carbomer have good bioadhesive and carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) is an excellent adhension on mucous which was commonly used in the mucosal drug delivery for peptide drugs1. We Select the two excellent adhesion as a new drug delivery carrier and use its good biocompatibility to make a sustained control release system2.
