Mechanical properties and microstructural parameters of rolled sections depend on many factors, the most important of them are temperature and time of both the rolling and the cooling. When analyzing the bulb bar rolling engineering process in industrial conditions it was found the distributions of temperature is non-uniform. It was striven to bring uniform temperature distribution on the bar cross-section by changing a exchange factors in characteristic cross-sections. It is the reason of non-uniform distribution of mechanical properties. The application of adjustable rolling or controlled cooling after-rolling should give more uniform structure.
