STUDY ON THE HANDLING LOADER AND TECHNOLOGY ON BULK GRAIN

摘要

In this paper, It is pointed out that the problem on the handling loader and technology on bulk grain has become one of the key technology problems affecting popularization and application of the bulk grain circulation in China which can make the special tank trucks and tank trains replaced by usual trucks and trains in transport of bulk grain because amounts of money would be needed if amounts of the tankers be bought while they can be not frequently used. According to analyzing and studying, the design requirements of the sort of loader are advanced. One new structure of it is put forward which may well-distributed load bulk grain onto the usual vehicles. Its loading principle and the major characteristics are showed. Also the design of its main parts is studied.
