Problem of this activity is the increase of efficiency cotton picker by fulfillment of the second operation work - mincing of bushes of cotton simultaneously with harvesting of cotton. The indicated problem is reached with the installation on the cotton picker changeable mincing vehicle of cotton bushes after harvesting vehicles. This mincing vehicle receiving drive from the hydraulic motor, which connected with the hydraulic pump and autonomous padding capacitance set through hose pipes high-pressure.
