摘要

Micro/nano scale magnetic materials are of growing interest due to both the advance in nanofabrication techniques, and their applications in high-density magnetic storage media and spin electronic devices such as magnetic random access memory. In this talk, we will report our recent studies of magnetic properties and structures of ultrathin epitaxial film grown by MBE on III-V semiconductors, micro-magnetism in magnetic wires and dots patterned by e-beam lithography, and spin-dependent transport across the magnetic/semiconductor interface. The results reveal new phenomena in magnetic micro/nano structures and suggest some possible applications.
