Pd-Ag alloy membrane has a best hydrogen permeation property, it could be used as hydrogen permeation membranes for hydrogen purification and hydrogen catalyst reactor in a vast field such as fission and fusion reactor, chemistry industry, etc. To fabrication Pd-Ag alloy membranes, a process such as alloy casing and rolling, vapor deposition, electroplating, elctroless plating could be employed, but a easier and more economically process must be developed to lower the process cost and shorter the fabrication during time.
