Separation of benzene (Bz) and cyclohexane (CHx) is among the most important and difficult process in the petrochemical industry.Benzene and cyclohexane have close boiling points in the entire range composition and form azeotropic mixture.Conventionally,azeotropic distillation and extractive distilaltion are used for this separation.
