Ti and Ti alloys are important materials for medical dental applications. Today, titanium dental implants are one of the most common methods of treating edentulous. However, the installation of such implants should take into consideration that in a a long enough period of time can occur biocorrosion. Successful treatment results in the immediate and long-term period, must have adequate surface of the implant, which combines the properties of wettability and porosity, that can be obtained by precipitation of ultrafine hydroxy apatite (HA) from a supersaturated solution of simulated body fluid 5xSBF (Simulated Body Fluid) which will prevent corrosion.
