Cleaning Liquid Consumption and Recycle of Biopharmaceutical Plant

In order to evaluate and reduce cleaning liquid consumption for biopharmaceutical plant, we have studied relations between structure and cleaning operation, on cleanability of piping and equipment by model cleaning experiments. Such parameters for cleanability include pipe liquid flow rate, liquid temperature, wall shearing force, and spray jet energy of a spray ball.
