摘要

In order to increase the loading of actinide waste in synroc, three kinds of synroc: zirconolite-rich synroc, pyrochlore-rich synroc and perovskite-rich synroc were tested. They immobilize up to 30-35, 47-50 and 68.6 wt percent simulated actinides, respectively. Porosity, density and leach resistance were determined. The phase assembage, microstructure and phase chemistry were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.
